Booking Flow
The site currently requires the user to request the availability of the property which triggers a request email. Kir & Caviar then contacts the client and works with them directly. Once the services are rendered, an invoice is generated and presented to the client. When the client wishes to make a payment they may do so via a direct wire transfer or using a credit card. We will provide the link/path to the payment gateway in the invoice that is generated for the client.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Since no payment is taken up front, there is no requirement for a refund in the event of cancellation.
