The resort has been developed alongside an existing natural waterfall and also has its own 40m waterfall in the centre of the resort which flows all day long. It is situated high above Kamala Beach with excellent views over Patong Bay.
The Penthouse is a contemporary styled apartment that is built to high international standards and fitted with European standard fittings and fixtures. Complete home furniture packages can be provided to superior rental standards and the apartment is actively managed by an on-site resort rental agency. The apartments and villas are carefully arranged to offer privacy whilst enhancing the natural ocean or forest views for its residents.

Ambience
Ideally situated between Kamala and Patong, the Penthouse is between the vibrant nightlife of Patong and the quieter ambience of Kamala presenting residents with a wide array of lifestyle, entertainment, and dining options including spas, theme resorts (Fantasea), cafes, bars, pubs and even world-class restaurants.
The nearest beach though, can be found only 300m south of the resort at the Thavorn Beach Village where there are also more restaurants and a wonderful spa to enjoy.
